Community Programs
YMCA Camp Wapsie offers many opportunities to get involved and have fellowship with the local community. Check out this section to find various options to spend time at Wapsie, earn your way to camp, training available for the community, volunteer opportunities, and miscellaneous other events.
Camp Wapsie Annual Dessert Exchange
Come join Chef William in the Wapsie Kitchen to shape, bake, and decorate holiday desserts. For $61 bring the family and go home with a variety of different desserts, including cookies, brownies, and other holiday treats. Participants will make up to 10 dozen desserts to share. There are only 10 spots available so register today! Camp will have much of the dough premade so you can get to baking right away.
