This program is designed for anyone from the age of 5-18 who has reached at least YMCA swim lesson level 4+, is currently on a swim team, or has permission from the head instructor. Grounded in the fundamentals of the sport, this program teaches and reinforces proper technique in each of the competitive strokes. Perfect for those who wish to learn more about competitive swimming.
