Swim Pathways
Adapted Aquatics January 26
This program is open to all individuals with cognitive and/ or physical disabilities and is designed to provide a positive recreational and educational experience for participants. Existing YMCA Swim Lesson Programs will be adapted to meet the individual needs. This program is for all levels of swimmers. An adult may accompany you in the water if needed.

Teen/Adult January 26
This class is open to anyone 12 and up who are just learning to swim and need more direction or those who have never participated in formal swim lessons. Classes will be catered to participants to ensure participation safety but also to teach the basics of swimming.
